True question i think i might be growing another testicle?

in the last 2 months i have noticed a lump growing under my left testicle close to my groin it doesnt feel fluidy its hard and tender to touch and looks the shape and size of a brazil nut. Please help im too embarresed to go to a doctor, expecialy if it is a female and I dont want a male to touch my testicles. What can I do? Well im pretty sure your not growing another testical! But if you've found a lump them I wouldnt say go and see a Doctor! It could be something like an infected hair follicle or maybe a cysts. But it may be a tumour so dont leave it!

No lie Bro get your *** to a doctor ASAP. Don't delay. It is not a good thing. It could just be a cyst or calcium buildup, but it could be a lot worse. Go to a doc, get over your homophobic fears, and get that thing checked out. Could be the difference if you are here or not in 2 years. im sure its not another testicle, it is probally a cyst of some sort, or a in-grown hair has got ifected and that bump is the infection under the skin. i suggest you call the dr though, you dont need to feel embarrased. we all have the same body and dr.'s see this everyday!!
i agree with most of the people it could be a cancerous tumor and i suggest to go to the doctors immediately because testicular cancer happens to males that are between the ages of 17 and 21
