Can a true Roman Catholic answer a question for me?

All of the ceremony - the sitting, standing, kneeling, recitation, genuflection, oils, incense, candles, stained glass windows, etc. Is that in the Bible, or is that something the RCC made up to make Catholics united in something unique? Can a true Roman Catholic answer a question for me?
Liturgy is not only bible-based. The Catholic church has a traditional, customary liturgy.

For the Catholic Church, the idea is that a catholic from everywhere could go to a church in everywhere else and be home, that's the reason that the ritual practices are supposed to be unified. Can a true Roman Catholic answer a question for me?
I'm not a ';true'; Roman Catholic because I'm still exploring Catholicism, but no, most of it is not in the Bible. But neither are toilets, bicycles, carrots, or telephones. That doesn't mean we should stay away from those things, though. It just means that we don't need to use the Bible as a proof text for every little thing we do as Christians.

The ceremonial aspects of Catholic worship are meant to be symbolic and deepen our reflections on the nature of God and our Christian faith.
Why do you think that we as the faithful of Christ should not honor His corporeal presence by kneeling, reciting Scriptures and creating a honorable atmosphere by incense candles and stained glass. Are you saying that it is wrong to kneel before the Lord? Are you jealous of Catholic devotion to Christ. The Bible says that even if you reject honoring Him that when you are judged ';every knee will bow and every tongue will confess'; before the Lord.

And, yes it is something unique to be at the foot of the cross at the one sacrifice for all humanity.

God bless!

These are quite common sense. For sitting when Jesus was in the synogore preaching about the coming of the the Messiah all the scribes and pharasee sit down Do you expect them to stand whole day.Standing when an importat guest visited the Holy Temple it was customary to stand and give respect When Jesus was in the graden of Gesthame taking with God the Father about his anguish about being die on the cross

Incense in the Book of Macabees we see Judas Macabees offering incense to the Lord.In the Jewish temple there exsist where only the High priest could enter they used the incense to consecrate the place

Candles In the Mordern Gothic Candles are used to honour the Blessed Mother of God or the Saints or even the Holy Trinity which is One God who exisist in 3 persons God the Father God the Son and God the Holy Spirit or even the Saints

Stained glass windows to depict the life of Jesus Christ the Almighty the life of the Blessed Virgin Mary or the life of the Science like in Canterbury Cathedral where Saint Thomas Becket. For a while the Eastern Orthodox Church protested because they may not actually protray the apperance of the person the Almighty God Jesus Christ the Blessed Virgin Mary or even teh Saints Some Eastern Orthodox Christains were living in arabia and were influenced by the Muslim that God of Jesus Christ could not be drwan like Mohammmad or the prophets

Yours in Christ
When you make lots of tax free money for nothing you have to spend it on something...why not pretty smelly things. The sitting standing thing is the control factor, the priest is the drill sergeant.
yes, it is in the bible. no stained glass. but all the rest are in the bible. read rev.
Each religion has their own way of worshiping
It is a control issue. If you can get people doing one thng it is easier to get them to do more.
All in the Bible
