Well, it won't be Henry, who is looking to either go to the New York Red Bulls or the Seattle Sounders of the MLS. Further, we know it won't be Hernan Crespo, who had his contract picked up by Inter, making him theirs. I'd say they should go after Peter Crouch, if they can lure him away from Anfield. His height and good touch can provide support for the attacking midfielders, and the way Rafa's been playing musical chairs, I wouldn't be surprised if Crouchie's a bit upset about his playing time (although he probably wouldn't admit it).
