True/ False question... could someone help me answer this T/F question? ?

Which of the following is NOT true?





A. The uncertain digit is estimated between the last two markings.


B. All numbers should be recorded from a digital readout.


C. If an average of 4 trials is being calculated the ';4'; is infinitely significant.


D. Except for absorbance, most measurements contain significant figures and units.


E. All of these are true.True/ False question... could someone help me answer this T/F question? ?

Response to aphroditeztouch: It doesn't matter where you round in this question. The last digit where you round is ALWAYS uncertain. So for 3.4567, the 7 is uncertain because it can be 3.45665 to 3.4574. Both would give you 3.4567, and the last two digits 65, or 74 is uncertain.True/ False question... could someone help me answer this T/F question? ?
I do believe A is the answer that's NOT TRUE.





For example. Your answer for a certain calculation is like 3.4567and you should only be having 3 sig figs in your answer. Your answer should be 3.46 with 6 as your uncertain digit.
