What must be true of a question if it is to be answered scientifically?

I need to know for science class HELP! I am in 7th grade Life Science:

What must be true of a question if it is to be answered scientifically? What must be true of a question if it is to be answered scientifically?
To answer a question scientifically you have to deduce the answer using the scientific method, i.e. get your answer by testing a hypothesis using observations from an experimental system. What must be true of a question if it is to be answered scientifically?
Also, it must be specific, and it can't be something like, ';Are mosquitoes the most annoying creature on earth or what?'; Preferably, it should be a question that's narrow, like ';Which types of virus can perform reverse transcription?';.
It must be supported by evidence from the scientific method, logical

reasoning, etc.
to answer a question scientifically you must have proof and be able to produce it.
hmmm... Maybe there's looking for: There must be a way to test it.
